What we collect
This website collects one thing you hand us: your email address, and only when you type it into the signup form yourself. We also note which form on the site you used and when. No names, no phone numbers, no payment details.
We also use Vercel Analytics to count anonymous page views — which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and is not linked to your email if you sign up.
What we use it for
- Sending you the free Sales Activity Tracker you requested.
- A short email series on sales tracking, plus occasional updates — including when the Pipeway app launches.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing works immediately and we don't re-add you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your email to anyone. Ever.
- We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
- Beyond the anonymous page-view counts above, we don't collect anything you didn't hand us.
Where it lives
Signups are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and our email delivery provider. Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) are kept briefly by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and debugging, as with virtually every website.
Deletion
Want your email removed entirely — not just unsubscribed? Email us and we'll delete it from the list and the database.
The Pipeway app
The Pipeway mobile app has its own privacy policy (shown in the app), covering how your sales activity data is handled. Short version: your activity lives on your device and — if you sign in — syncs to your account so it survives a lost phone, the AI coach sees derived aggregates only, and there are no ads and no data sales.
